Over the course of his career, Mark Fox has obtained tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients from various government agencies in eminent domain matters throughout California.
Mr. Fox has represented owners of commercial property, multi-family residential property, farmland, industrial property, vacant land, special use property, and high-rise office buildings. He has also represented a full range of businesses including liquor stores, automotive repair shops, smog testing centers, recycling centers, motels, restaurants, night clubs, churches, industrial businesses of all sizes, retail stores, warehouses, multi-acre manufacturing plants, medical facilities, nursing homes, funeral homes, and various food and clothing markets.
Mark R. Fox was born in Racine, Wisconsin and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
